The Artwork: Dual Whispers

Dual Whispers carries on the cut-out tradition of mid-century abstraction — two organic white forms in soft counterpoint against a textured black field. The shapes lean toward and away from one another in a quiet dialogue, like two figures in a half-remembered conversation.

The technique is reductive: forms in white, set on black, only the light grain of the ground as texture. No outline, no shadow, no sense of place. Meaning gathers in the space between the two shapes, where the black field does most of the work.

The print suits paired arrangements — a bedroom above a low bed, a seating area with two armchairs, a corridor with rhythm. Its monochrome reads as a quiet anchor and asks little of the objects around it.

Printed on heavy matte paper as an unframed poster, or framed behind shatter-resistant acrylic rather than glass for safer hanging. Also available as a satin-coated cotton canvas, stretched on a wooden frame, ready to hang.

Die vier Ecken (ursprüngliche Schnittkanten?) sind tatsächlich auf dem Druck. Stören jetzt nicht sehr, hatte ich allerdings nicht erwartet. Versand und Verpackung waren super!

The order went extremely smoothly. The package arrived very quickly. The poster was very well packaged in a thick cardboard cylinder, so I received it without any damage. I especially like that they made sure the packaging contained minimal plastic! The print is of excellent quality, with saturated colors. I received a truly beautiful print. I will definitely order again!

I really like the picure, the blacks are soo deep and the red is so vivid, the scene is just filled with life.
